Your first steps on the ground: Buy a local SIM card (Claro / Tigo / Movistar) · Secure initial accommodation and get proof of address · Get a transit card (Tullave in Bogotá / Cívica in Medellín) · Complete the FUT migration form online (step 1 of the Cédula) · Book your CFSM appointment for the Cédula de Extranjería · Attend the CFSM appointment — submit your Cédula de Extranjería.
