Your first steps on the ground: Buy a local SIM card or activate an eSIM · Secure a fixed address (needed for police registration) · Report your place of residence to the Foreign Police (3 working-day deadline) · Carry your passport and insurance certificate — police can ask for either at any time · Visit the OAMP to give biometric data and collect your residence permit · Verify or purchase mandatory comprehensive health insurance.
